We're a fast-growing, woman-owned beauty studio in East & West Lansing offering personalized lashes, facials, sugaring, and waxing—plus premium skincare clients actually take home and use. We don't rely on brand-name traffic like chain studios. Instead, we earn our success through relationships, results, and rebooking. This role if for you if: You're licensed in Michigan (or about to be) You want to build a brand, not just clock in You love educating clients and recommending products You're obsessed with skin, lashes, or sugaring You can take feedback and are willing to grow You understand that success is earned, not given What You'll Do Perform lashes, facials, waxing/sugaring Rebook and retain your "skin-friends" Recommend skincare products using our clean beauty lines Share or repost content to build your visibility and trust Work toward service + retail goals with support
