Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Conduct advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, microblading, eyeliner pigment application, and permanent makeup to meet client expectations. Ensure all tattooing, piercing, and aesthetic procedures adhere strictly to safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting client histories, treatment plans, and progress notes thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction. Uphold infection control protocols and sanitation practices in compliance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with sales of skincare products and aesthetic services by providing knowledgeable recommendations that align with client needs. Experience Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and body treatments. Hands-on expertise in cosmetic tattooing procedures including lip blush, microblading, eyeliner pigment application, and permanent makeup techniques. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sterilization procedures, infection control practices, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing client records efficiently. Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy relevant to aesthetic procedures, and skin health fundamentals. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare.
