& Company is seeking a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our Alexandria team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting wellness through esthetic services and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other approved aesthetic treatments. Stay current on skincare trends, products, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training. Support med spa events, promotions, marketing initiatives, and other activities that enhance the client experience and grow the business Conduct skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals. Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. Maintain accurate client treatment notes and follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room and treatment area. Contribute to the growth of the med spa through rebooking, treatment recommendations, retail sales, promotions, and continued professional education

Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician License Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude 1+ years experience is preferred Compensation based on experience. Pay structure includes an hourly rate plus commission on retail sales.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
