Responsibilities Perform a full scope of advanced skin treatments , including chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, microneedling with SkinPen, and Aerolase Neo laser trreatments. Conduct thorough client consultations and professional skin analyses using recognized classification systems (e.g., Fitzpatrick) to inform individualized treatment planning Adhere strictly to all infection control and safety protocols as mandated by MN Rules Chapters 2105 and 2110 Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential client records in accordance with studio and regulatory standards Uphold Beyond Esthetics' brand standards in all client-facing communications, service delivery, and professional conduct Independently manage appointment scheduling and client communications within studio-provided systems Maintain active professional liability insurance throughout the contract engagement Stay current with all continuing education requirements for AP Esthetician licensure renewal per MN Statute 155A (renewal cycle: every 3 years) Participate in a collaborative studio environment , communicating professionally with studio management and fellow contracted professionals Licensure & QualificationsRequired Active Advanced Practice Esthetician license issued by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology — required without exception; license verification will be conducted prior to any contract offer Completion of a board-approved 500-hour AP Esthetician training program as defined by MN Rule 2110.0525 Demonstrated clinical competency in: chemical peels, dermaplaning, electrical energy modalities, skin needling, and advanced facial treatments Current compliance with infection control and safety standards per MN Rules Chapters 2105 and 2110 Valid professional liability insurance — required for all contracted professionals prior to beginning services Preferred Minimum 1-2 years of AP-level clinical experience in an advanced or clinical esthetics setting Familiarity with professional skincare product lines used in clinical practice Experience with client retention strategies and self-managed appointment books

Pay:

$36.75 - $140.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 40.0 per week
