Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide safe, high-end, injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers that help our clients look and feel their best. Applicants should have a sharp eye for facial symmetry, a gentle touch, and a strong commitment to client safety and education. Experience in aesthetic injections is a must and experience with Sculptra or PRP is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Perform Treatments:
Administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with precision and safety.
Consultations:
Conduct thorough face-to-face consultations to understand client goals, evaluate facial anatomy, and design personalized treatment plans.
Client Education:
Clearly explain pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected timelines for results to ensure informed consent.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all medical protocols, maintain sterile treatment rooms, and properly manage and document any adverse reactions under the supervision of our Medical Director.
Charting:
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely electronic medical records (EMR) and take clear before-and-after photos.
Relationship Building:
Promote skincare products, support treatment plans with co-workers, and encourage client retention through exceptional follow-up care.
Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:
Active, unrestricted state healthcare license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
Experience:
Minimum of [1-3] years of hands-on experience actively administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
Certifications:
Completion of an accredited aesthetic injection training program; current CPR/BLS certification.
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of facial anatomy, product safety, and complication management.
Soft Skills:
Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
Pay:
$35.00 - $42.00 per hour
