Our woman-owned spa has been a trusted destination for over 20 years, providing highly trained therapists who deliver expert, personalized relaxation and therapeutic care for everyone who steps through the door. For each service, our guest's comfort, privacy, & security remain top of mind. Our estheticians focus on delivering the most therapeutically beneficial, professionally excellent and consistent esthetic treatments available to our customers, providing information on home care and advising guests on their personal care routines. Current shifts available include weekends. All facial treatments, facial and body waxing services on the SpeakEasy menu; training will be provided as needed Evaluates clients' specific needs and expectations to determine the most appropriate services, products and personal attention required to achieve satisfaction, including home care recommendations and sales Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience at the spa Presents a warm and gracious persona for customers and co-workers Maintains educational excellence and participates in all staff, team and educational meetings Presents an exemplary professional standard in dress, personal grooming, language, and healthy lifestyle Practices the highest degree of sanitation and tidiness in the spa Monitors work schedule throughout day to stay informed of changes, and performs treatments in the allotted amount of time, remaining on schedule Actively builds a repeat clientele, and meets service and retail sales performance requirements Uses appropriate amounts of products and laundry, in accordance with protocols Participates in inventory management, receiving, ticketing and stocking merchandise as needed Represents SpeakEasy Spa in a positive and enthusiastic manner outside of the workplace Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving clients or co-workers that may require attention Is responsible for the cleanliness of countertops, equipment and products within the cabin, and keeping the cabin stocked with linens and supplies as needed Performs prepwork and cleans and restocks work areas as required A valid current Esthetics license in Missouri Previous direct customer experience in a spa, wellness center, or relaxation-focused service business Friendly, team-oriented demeanor Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning our integrated software system Schedule flexibility a plus
