Possibilities for suite rentals for the right candidates. Duties Perform a wide range of beauty services including nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy. Manage client consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols. Utilize salon management software such as Glossgenius to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and retail sales. Assist at the front desk by welcoming guests, managing bookings, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Support retail sales through upselling techniques by educating clients on products that complement their treatments or styles. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new offerings and enhance guest satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends in color theory, hair styling techniques, nail care innovations, and advanced skincare treatments to provide expert advice. Collaborate with team members on management tasks and contribute to a positive salon environment that emphasizes hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience Valid cosmetology license, manicurist ,or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, tattooing, laser treatments, or barbering are highly desirable. Proven experience in hair styling, nail care (including nail art), eyelash extensions, body waxing, or facial treatments within a professional salon or med spa setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in social media management for promotional purposes is a plus. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment. Previous experience in retail sales or upselling techniques that enhance guest experiences while increasing revenue is advantageous.
