What We're Looking For The ideal Esthetician is a results-driven skin health professional who blends clinical expertise with a passion for wellness. You bring deep product knowledge and confidence in recommending retail solutions that extend the benefits of in-studio treatments. As an educator at heart, you thrive on sharing knowledge with clients, helping them make informed decisions about their skin health journey.
You are collaborative and adaptable, easily pivoting between services to maintain smooth studio operations. Your client-first, business-smart mindset allows you to exceed targets while building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Experience Deliver personalized consultations and design treatment plans tailored to client goals. Perform high-quality facials, body treatments, and esthetic services with professionalism and care. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Products & Services Demonstrate expertise in skin health products and technologies, including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial (preferred certifications). Recommend retail products and cross-sell Restore therapies to enhance results and extend benefits beyond the studio. Studio Collaboration Support studio operations including care planning for clients, operating all modalities, guiding clients though services, and completing POS transactions. Contribute to community outreach, promotions, and membership growth initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of client treatments and progress. Compliance & Safety Ensure all esthetic services follow safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Model professionalism and uphold Restore's mission, values, and culture.
