Duties Perform a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a relaxing and effective experience. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend suitable treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends to deliver the best possible service. Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure timely service delivery. Uphold all licensing requirements and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Skills Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for skincare treatments. Experience performing facials and other esthetic services preferred but not required; training provided if necessary. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs.
