Our clients are thoughtful, wellness-invested, and want to look like themselves, only better. We're growing, and we're looking for our first esthetician to grow with us. The role You'll be the go-to provider for our core facial menu, trained in the IWTS method before you ever see a client. As your skills and confidence build, you'll have a clear path into our corrective treatments. What you'll do: Perform advanced facials, Hydrofacials, dermaplaning, and nanoinfusion treatments Deliver thorough, personalized consultations and home-care recommendations Educate clients on their skin and the "why" behind every step Recommend and sell professional retail with integrity, never pressure Maintain impeccable sanitation, treatment room standards, and client charting Contribute to a calm, elevated studio experience from check-in to checkout Advance into corrective skincare treatments (peels, microneedling, and more) as you complete additional training Training Every new hire completes a comprehensive, paid training program before booking clients, covering: The IWTS consultation system and treatment philosophy Hands-on protocols for every service on your menu Ingredient knowledge and our retail lines Client communication, rebooking, and home-care planning Studio systems (booking, charting, POS) Ongoing education and advanced corrective training are available as you progress. Compensation & schedule Base pay: $16/hour Set schedule: 30 hours/week Tiered commission on services Tiered commission on retail
