  • Treatment Coordinator Our Treatment Coordinators are more than sales professionals — they are trusted patient guides who help individuals look and feel their best.
In this role, you would meet with patients to understand their goals, recommend personalized aesthetic treatment plans, and support them throughout their journey. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in consultative sales, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping patients build confidence through education and care. Typical Responsibilities May Include Conducting comprehensive patient consultations and developing individualized treatment plans Clearly explaining procedures, benefits, pricing, and membership options Educating patients on surgical, non-surgical, skincare, and laser services Achieving sales and performance goals through consultative, patient-focused interactions Maintaining consistent follow-up and communication to support patient success and retention Assisting with patient flow, photos, and overall clinic coordination Collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical team members Upholding high standards of professionalism, communication, and patient care Typical Qualifications Two (2)+ years of proven sales experience; medical or cosmetic experience preferred. Licensed Esthetician or Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through effectively Team-oriented, positive, and coachable mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional presence with strong interpersonal skills Experience with aesthetic lasers is a plus What Makes Allure Medical GREAT? Pay:
From $25.00 per hour

This position requires working a 4-day schedule, including two (2) 12-hour shifts and two (2) 8-hour shifts per week and every Saturday. Can you commit to this schedule? Do you have a valid North Carolina Esthetician license? Are you certified as a Medical Assistant? Are you willing to travel between Allure Medical office locations as needed to support patient care and clinical consistency? This would include travel between Charlotte and Cornelius.
