We are a large, well-established aesthetic practice with three thriving North Carolina locations, and we are expanding our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-end medical spa environment with strong leadership, advanced technology, and real growth potential. If you love delivering results, building long-term client relationships, and working alongside experienced medical aesthetic providers - we'd love to meet you. What You'll DoAdvanced Treatment Services Perform customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion Operate aesthetic devices (DiamondGlow , LED therapy, RF skin tightening, body contouring, and more) Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans Maintain the highest sanitation and safety standards Patient Education & Experience Recommend customized skincare regimens Educate patients on treatments and post-care instructions Build long-term relationships through rebooking and follow-up Sales & Growth Recommend retail products, treatment packages, and memberships Achieve monthly service and retail performance goals Collaborate with providers and front desk to ensure seamless patient care Clinical Excellence Document treatments thoroughly in EMR Participate in ongoing training and vendor education Assist with inventory management and retail merchandising Qualifications Active North Carolina Esthetician License 1-2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics preferred Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and corrective treatments Confident communicator with polished, professional presence Sales-minded with a passion for delivering real, visible results Flexible availability (evenings and weekends as needed) Why Join Our Team?
