Job Description We are seeking an experienced, artistic, and highly motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned practitioner who wants the autonomy of running their own aesthetic business within a luxury, fully compliant medical spa environment. We provide the medical director oversight, a gorgeous clinical space, a steady stream of clinic marketing, and a premium back-end team—you bring the artistry and the expertise.

Key Responsibilities Consult & Inject:

Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and design customized treatment plans utilizing Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and Dermal Fillers (Juvéderm, Restylane, etc.).

Clinical Safety:

Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety, sterility, and complication management.

Flawless Documentation:

Complete meticulous, legally compliant, and accurate charting and electronic medical records (EMR) for every patient immediately following treatment.

Patient Retention:

Provide an elevated, high-touch patient experience that drives long-term retention and word-of-mouth referrals.

Position Requirements Active License:

Current, unrestricted RN, NP, PA, MD, or DO license in the state of North Carolina.

Proven Experience:

Hands-on experience as a dedicated aesthetic injector with built clientele.

Charting Proficiency:

Demonstrated absolute proficiency in detailed, compliant clinical charting and digital photography protocols. Existing Clientele (Highly Preferred): Preference will be given to candidates who already possess an established local clientele base or a strong personal aesthetic brand/portfolio that can transition to our space.

Artistic Eye:

Deep understanding of facial anatomy, vectors, proportions, and the ability to deliver natural-looking results.
