Job Overview Loubella's Salon is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic booth rental team. Our salon prides itself on providing exceptional beauty services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents while contributing to the overall success of the salon. We also have a 7x9' private room with in the salon that we would love to add to our service menu. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Assist in promoting salon services through social media and community events. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn new techniques.
