We are a small, supportive team that values kindness, professionalism, excellent guest care, and high standards. About the Role We are looking for a licensed esthetician who is confident in facials and waxing , genuinely enjoys people, and believes in a holistic approach to skin and wellness. The right person is warm, personable, dependable, and able to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. You should enjoy building relationships, educating clients about their skin, recommending home care with integrity, and helping guests stay consistent through rebooking. This is a build-your-book position . Some shifts may be lighter in the beginning, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable starting slowly and building a loyal clientele over time. What You'll Do Provide customized facial treatments Provide professional facial and body waxing Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest Build client relationships that encourage rebooking and referrals Educate guests and recommend appropriate home care Confidently ask for the rebook Recommend retail products in an educational, never pushy, way Fully clean and reset your treatment room between guests and at the end of your shift Maintain excellent sanitation, organization, and room presentation Complete client documentation and communicate well with the team Services may also include peels, enzymes, extractions, LED, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, brow services, lash lifts, and makeup applications based on experience and training. Training is provided on our skincare line, treatment philosophy, protocols, and spa standards. Schedule Our current need is primarily: Wednesdays Saturday availability Opportunity for additional hours as clientele grows What We're Looking For Active North Carolina Esthetician License Waxing experience and confidence with facial and body waxing Strong people skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with guests Warm, professional communication Dependability and strong work ethic High standards for cleanliness and attention to detail Willingness to clean and maintain your own treatment room Ability to notice what needs to be done and take care of it without being asked Interest in holistic skin and wellness Comfortable recommending home care and retail products Comfortable asking guests to rebook Willingness to start with a lighter schedule and build clientele Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain it Experience with peels, microcurrent, lash lifts, makeup, or other advanced services is a plus.
