Our team prioritizes safety, artistry, and exceptional guest experiences. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our team. This role will primarily support our existing client base during a temporary maternity leave coverage period, with the clear intention that the right candidate will transition into a permanent position once our current injector returns. We are looking for someone who wants long-term stability and growth with our practice — not just a short-term placement. Key Responsibilities Perform dermal filler and injectable treatments with precision and artistry using Merz products Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess facial anatomy, and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic expectations Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow all safety and compliance protocols Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience Stay current on advanced injection techniques and industry best practices Requirements Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as NP or PA Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with dermal fillers and injectables (strong preference for 2+ years) Experience with Merz injectable products preferred Excellent facial assessment skills and an artistic eye for natural results Strong communication and consultation skills Commitment to safety, ethics, and continuous learning Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced med spa environment Current BLS certification preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation with strong earning potential through production/commission Supportive, professional team environment Clear path to a permanent role after the maternity leave coverage period Opportunities for ongoing training and advanced technique development Flexible scheduling options Employee discounts on services and products Opportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding practice How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your injection experience and availability.
