This role is ideal for someone with a background as an RN, LPN, Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Esthetician, or Licensed Massage Therapist , but licensure is not required if you are the right fit and willing to be trained. Perfect for nursing students. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, body confidence, aesthetics, and helping clients feel their best through luxury, medically guided care. Responsibilities Perform body contouring and lymphatic-focused treatments using T-Shape II , Neveskin, Cryoskin , EMS and related body technologies Educate clients on treatment plans, series recommendations, hydration, aftercare, and realistic results Assist with before-and-after photos and client progress tracking Maintain a clean, organized, luxury treatment room environment Follow sanitation, safety, and med spa protocols Provide a warm, professional, and high-end client experience Support consultations and help clients understand package options Preferred Qualifications Experience as an RN, LPN, Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Massage Therapist, Body Contouring Specialist, or Med Spa Technician preferred Experience with body contouring, lymphatic massage, cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy, skin tightening, or wellness services is a plus T-Shape II experience is a major plus, but not required Must be dependable, professional, teachable, and client-focused Must be comfortable discussing body goals and treatment plans with clients Strong communication and customer service skills required Compensation $30 per hour Commission opportunities available Part-time schedule available Potential for growth as the business expands Schedule Day shifts Approximately 6-hour shifts Potential for up to 5 days per week About Us Mind & Body Renew Medical Spa & Psychiatry is a luxury, medically guided wellness and aesthetics practice offering body contouring, skin treatments, hormone and peptide support, and psychiatric wellness services.
