Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism. Administer specialized services such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup to enhance clients' natural beauty. Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic options tailored to their individual needs. Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality. Manage client consultations effectively by communicating clearly about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions. Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate skincare products and aesthetic services to meet client goals. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience performing advanced esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Skilled in cosmetic tattooing techniques including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup procedures. Strong understanding of color theory, anatomy knowledge related to skin and facial structures, and infection control procedures. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing client records efficiently and securely. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a professional manner. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sanitation practices, and the latest trends in aesthetic treatments is highly desirable.
