What You'll Be Doing Providing customized facials based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals Performing eyelash services, including lash lifts and classic, hybrid, and volume extensions Providing professional waxing services Creating personalized treatment and home-care recommendations Building strong, lasting client relationships and encouraging rebooking Providing an elevated guest experience from consultation through checkout Maintaining a clean, organized, professional workspace Working toward and achieving service and retail goals Supporting and contributing to a positive, accountable team environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

Licensed:

Current NC Esthetician and/or Cosmetology license

Experienced:

Skilled in facials and eyelash extensions

Professional:
