What you'll do Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions etc with precision and care. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently. Engage in retail sales by demonstrating product benefits and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and esthetic technologies Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and well-being for all clients. Experience A valid esthetician license from an accredited institution is required. Proven experience in a salon or med spa environment with hands-on knowledge of various esthetic treatments including lash extensions. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs while providing exceptional guest services.
