Job Description

Pearl Aesthetix is a boutique medical spa located in the heart of Waxhaw, NC, known for providing personalized, high-quality aesthetic care in a warm and welcoming environment. We specialize in non-invasive treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, IV therapy, and wellness treatments. Our practice is built on trust, education, and a results-driven approach that empowers our clients to look and feel their best. We're expanding to Mathews and need someone to be the heart of this Location!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in aesthetic medicine to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, a gentle hand, and a strong understanding of facial anatomy. You'll play a vital role in helping our patients achieve natural, confident results while contributing to a supportive, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, etc.) with precision and care Conduct follow-up visits and manage post-treatment care Educate clients on services, skincare, and treatment outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with the medical director and team for ongoing education and support Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in North Carolina Minimum 3 year of aesthetic injectable experience preferred Completion of accredited injectable training courses Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and satisfaction Passion for aesthetics and delivering natural-looking results
