The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and aesthetic treatments, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will perform a variety of advanced skincare procedures, provide personalized consultations, and promote our range of aesthetic services to enhance clients' natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including medical microdermabrasion, medical peels, and laser services (hair removal, pigmentation treatments, resurfacing, and vascular treatments). Conduct client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend appropriate treatments, and develop customized skincare plans. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and retail options through product demos and personalized advice. Promote retail sales of skincare products by demonstrating their benefits and addressing client needs to foster long-term relationships. Skills Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and dermatological conditions. Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform treatments safely and effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and clearly explain treatment options. Experience in customer service with a focus on creating positive client experiences and building loyalty. Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment. Ability to perform esthetic treatments confidently while adhering to safety protocols. Sales skills for retail product promotion to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
