In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, combined with your dedication to customer service, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, stay current with industry trends, and help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized treatments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs. Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and cosmetic procedures tailored to each client's skin type and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes. Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and post-treatment care to maximize results. Promote retail sales of skincare products and services by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions. Skills Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with a valid license in good standing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control protocols, and safety standards within esthetic services. Familiarity with cosmetology techniques including makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading. Understanding of color theory for makeup application and skin tone analysis. Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping. Ability to perform advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and medical records management related to skincare procedures.
