Job Description
Job Summary The Aesthetic Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Advanced Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building relationships with patients, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care and customer service. Assist providers with aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures. Perform aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice and licensure, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments, as applicable. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record. Maintain inventory and assist with stocking clinical and retail supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient experience. Requirements Current North Dakota LPN, RN, or Advanced Esthetician license in good standing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, dependable, and patient-focused. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa settings is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
