As an Aesthetic Injector, you will deliver personalized treatment plans, educate clients on their options, and ensure a safe, welcoming experience from consultation to post-treatment care. Your passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence will help us set new standards in the med spa industry. Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate procedures. Maintain detailed records of treatments using salon or med spa management software like Millennium or

Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential outcomes, and product recommendations to enhance results. Manage client appointments efficiently while providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience. Uphold sanitation standards by maintaining a clean treatment area, sterilizing equipment, and following all health regulations. Assist with product demos, social media management, and promotional events to increase client engagement and retention. Skills Proven experience in aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing. Strong management skills with familiarity using salon software such as Millennium or

MINDBODY

for scheduling and record keeping. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and skincare options. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a med spa or salon environment. Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, hair threading, makeup application, and hair extensions. Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling to promote skincare products and treatment packages. Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes and engaging with clients online.
