Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lash Technician/Esthetician to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services and a variety of aesthetic treatments, ensuring each guest receives personalized care in a luxurious setting. Your enthusiasm for beauty, combined with excellent communication skills and a dedication to sanitation, will help elevate our client experience and grow our reputation. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail, ensuring results that enhance each client's unique beauty. Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments including skincare services and waxing services ( Spray tanning is also available) Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare routines or products during consultations. Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product usage to maximize treatment results and satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations. Upsell retail products and promote additional services through engaging client communication and product demos. Qualifications Valid esthetician license with experience working in the beauty industry preferred. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, and body waxing. Experience with eyelash extensions application Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards in all treatments performed. Ability to manage retail sales confidently while upselling additional services.
