What You'll Do:

Perform customized facials tailored to each guest's unique skin needs Deliver advanced treatments including Diamond Glow, LightStim LED therapy, Chemical Peels, Nevesk in, Luminfusion, and Dermaplaning Educate guests on skincare products and at-home routines to drive retail and enhance results Provide a consistently exceptional guest experience that builds loyalty and repeat visits Collaborate with a professional team of estheticians and massage therapists Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation standards, and product inventory

What We're Looking For:

Active New Jersey Esthetician License (required) Genuine passion for skincare and helping guests look and feel their best Eagerness to learn and master advanced treatment modalities Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills
