The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, client care, and delivering safe, effective whitening treatments that enhance client confidence.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional teeth whitening treatments in a safe and sanitary environment. Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and treatment areas. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Accurately document client services and maintain records.

Qualifications:

Teeth Whitening Certification in addition to having a NJ state Esthetician or Cosmetology License. Previous experience in spa, beauty, or dental field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

Sales experience or ability to upsell services/products. Knowledge of oral care and cosmetic treatments. Customer service experience in a luxury or spa setting.
