Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions. As a Licensed Medical Esthetician, you will deliver expert skincare services, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote a welcoming environment that fosters client satisfaction and loyalty. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser skin therapies with precision and care. Provide specialized spa services such as waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client appearance and confidence. Administer esthetic laser treatments in accordance with safety protocols to address skin concerns such as acne, pigmentation, or aging signs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results and promote ongoing skin health. Conduct product demos and retail sales to inform clients about skincare products that complement their treatments while meeting sales targets. Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to health regulations, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times. Engage in effective client communication by listening attentively to individual needs, explaining treatment options clearly, and providing exceptional customer service to foster trust and satisfaction. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Medical Esthetician with certification in esthetic laser treatment preferred. Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of skincare products, esthetic treatments, and latest industry trends in aesthetic medicine. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and skincare routines. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Experience with retail sales of skincare products and product demonstrations is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to medical esthetic procedures and spa services is essential.
