Plush Bespoke Beauty is looking for an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Esthetician to join our growing team in East Hanover, NJ. What Success Looks Like As a Plush Esthetician, you will: Grow facial service revenue through exceptional client results and retention. Consistently recommend and sell professional skincare and treatment plans. Complete thorough client consultations, charting, and follow-up communication. Maintain client photos and treatment documentation for every service. Participate in ongoing company education, trainings, and professional development. Keep treatment rooms impeccably clean, stocked, and prepared according to Plush standards. Deliver a luxury experience that keeps clients returning and referring friends and family. Who We're Looking For Behavioral Competencies You are: Friendly, welcoming, and hospitality-driven Detail-oriented and committed to excellence Positive, proactive, and solution-focused Passionate about aesthetics and client results A strong communicator and active listener A team player who contributes to a positive work environment Self-motivated with high personal standards Technical Competencies You have: Strong consultation skills for all skin types and concerns Confidence recommending treatments and skincare regimens Dermaplaning certification and proficiency Knowledge of lymphatic drainage techniques Experience with retail sales, treatment upgrades, and client retention Hydrafacial experience and certification preferred SkinPen Microneedling knowledge preferred Brow and lash experience a plus Requirements Current and active New Jersey Esthetician License Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience performing services on clients Strong customer service and sales abilities Hydrafacial experience and certification preferred SkinPen Microneedling knowledge preferred Availability for ongoing education and training About Plush Bespoke Beauty At Plush Bespoke Beauty, our mission is to make every client feel beautiful, appreciated, seen, heard, and cared for like our best friend.
