The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, provides exceptional patient care, and understands that a successful aesthetician combines excellent treatment skills with consultation, relationship building, patient retention, treatment planning, and sales. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working toward measurable goals and wants to build a strong, loyal patient following. Key Responsibilities Perform professional aesthetic treatments, including: HydraFacial treatments Chemical peels, including VI Peel Microneedling Customized facial and skincare treatments Conduct comprehensive skin consultations to understand each patient's concerns, goals, and opportunities for improvement Develop and sell customized treatment plans based on each patient's individual skincare goals Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and combination treatment plans Educate patients on the importance of combining professional treatments with an effective at-home skincare regimen Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products, including SkinCeuticals Build long-term patient relationships that encourage rebooking, retention, referrals, and continued treatment Proactively follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and future recommendations Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow all clinical and safety protocols Manage appointment times efficiently while delivering a personalized, high-quality patient experience Maintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms Collaborate with aesthetic injectors, wellness providers, management, and front desk staff Participate in promotions, events, and other initiatives designed to grow the aesthetic practice Performance & KPI Expectations At 4Ever Young, we believe in providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a high-performance, growth-oriented culture . Our aestheticians are expected to take ownership of their schedules, patient relationships, and overall performance. Performance will be evaluated using key metrics that may include: Monthly aesthetic treatment revenue Treatment plan and package sales Medical-grade skincare and retail sales Patient rebooking rate Patient retention Schedule utilization and productivity Consultation-to-treatment conversion Membership and package recommendations Average patient spend Patient experience and customer service Contribution toward overall location and team goals The ideal candidate will be comfortable working toward individual and team KPIs and using performance metrics as a tool to build their book of business and grow professionally.

Ideal Candidate Candidates should have:

Current aesthetician license Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic environment preferred Hands-on experience with HydraFacial Experience performing chemical peels, including VI Peel Experience with microneedling Strong knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare Experience with SkinCeuticals or similar medical-grade skincare lines preferred Confidence conducting consultations and creating comprehensive treatment plans A strong sales mindset with the ability to recommend treatments without creating a high-pressure patient experience Proven ability to sell treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare Excellent time-management and organizational skills Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong follow-up, retention, and rebooking skills Ability to create a welcoming, elevated patient experience Dependable, motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice A strong team-player mentality What Success Looks Like A successful 4Ever Young aesthetician doesn't simply perform the treatment scheduled that day. They evaluate the patient's overall goals and help create a long-term aesthetic plan . We are looking for someone who can turn a first-time facial patient into a long-term relationship by providing excellent results, recommending appropriate future treatments, creating a personalized medical-grade skincare regimen, and consistently following up and rebooking. The right candidate will be excited about building their book, achieving measurable goals, increasing patient retention, and contributing to the growth of the practice. Position Part-Time Licensed Aesthetician Schedule will include weekday and weekend availability.
