Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist and licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic wellness team. In this dual role, you will deliver exceptional massage and skincare services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and beauty goals while providing a welcoming, professional experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address client needs and pain management. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals. Provide professional skincare treatments as an esthetician, including facials, skin analysis, exfoliation, and other customized skincare services. Educate clients on proper skin care routines, post-treatment care, and wellness practices to support ongoing health benefits. Maintain detailed treatment records, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided and client progress. Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with state licensing requirements and occupational health regulations. Foster excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Skills Proven expertise in patient service with a focus on personalized care and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and skincare treatments. Skilled in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs and develop effective treatment strategies. Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities for pain management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Familiarity with occupational health standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is highly desirable for delivering advanced aesthetic services.
