Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic services including, microdermabrasion, and Hydro Facial, and numerous skin care treatments. Perform skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines based on individual needs. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document treatments, client preferences, and medical history. Educate clients on skincare products, procedures, and aftercare to promote ongoing skin health. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and enhancing client satisfaction through expert advice. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles. Experience with esthetic treatments, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control practices, and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Ability to operate Meevo efficiently for record keeping and client management. Additional skills such as sales aptitude, or experience in are considered advantageous.
