Responsibilities Perform professional eyebrow threading to create perfectly shaped, symmetrical brows tailored to each client's facial features and preferences Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering beauty advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards Assist clients with additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or makeup application when appropriate Manage appointment schedules using salon software like Vagaro or similar platforms to optimize client flow and minimize wait times Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare instructions, and available treatments including esthetic laser treatments or dermal fillers when relevant Uphold high standards of sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for both clients and staff Experience Certification or training in hair threading is preferred; however, on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with salon management software such as Vgaro or similar systems is advantageous Experience with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, barbering or other cosmetology services is beneficial A strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards within a beauty or spa environment is essential Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through expert threading and comprehensive skincare services!
