Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with health regulations. Perform various services. Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Assist with retail sales and inventory management to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficient in sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment Familiarity with salon software for appointment management Experience in marketing and social media management to promote services Knowledge of advanced treatments .
