We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments and are committed to delivering safe, results-driven services in a professional and client-focused environment. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants MUST have hands-on experience performing laser treatments on paying clients.

Requirements (Please apply only if you meet these qualifications): Active New Jersey Esthetician License (required) Proven, hands-on experience performing Laser Hair Removal treatments Must have treated clients independently (not just training models) Strong knowledge of Fitzpatrick skin types and laser safety protocols Professional, responsible, and punctual Excellent communication and consultation skills Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships Must be available to work weekends Preferred Qualifications (Plus but not required) Experience performing IPL Photofacials Experience with medical-grade laser devices Experience with: Facials Microneedling Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning Chemical Peels Comfortable discussing treatment plans and recommending skincare Polished, professional demeanor with strong client retention skills Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care Maintain accurate client records Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols Deliver a high-quality, professional client experience Support client retention and long-term treatment results Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics.
