In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and waxing services, creating a welcoming environment where clients feel confident and cared for. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals while providing personalized recommendations and outstanding customer service. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, nano needling,hydrofacials, body waxing and other aesthetic treatments. Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatments tailored to each client's needs. Maintain strict sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and sterile in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon software such as boulevard to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage retail sales efficiently. Assist clients with retail product recommendations to enhance their skincare routines and boost sales through friendly, knowledgeable service. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification to perform esthetic treatments and waxing services. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body waxing, threading, and other aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and adherence to health regulations for safe treatment environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a positive client experience.
