Role:
Ageless is looking for an Aesthetician to join our team in Santa Fe. Our Aestheticians conduct thorough and personalized, consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and contribute to a best-in-class client experience from consultation through follow-up care. This role is ideal for a provider who combines clinical excellence with a strong aesthetic eye and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

What You'll Do:
Conduct skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and provider recommendations. Perform aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, clinical protocols, and safety standards. Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and pre- and post-treatment care. Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals. Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet cleanliness and compliance standards. Collaborate with providers and team members to support patient outcomes, practice goals, and overall clinic success. Need:
Active Aesthetician license in the state of practice Minimum 1-2 years of experience performing medical aesthetic treatments (Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Laser Hair Removal, etc.) Proven ability to create natural, balanced results Exceptional communication and consultation skills Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client-centered care Manor Employee Benefits Competitive + uncapped compensation package (Hourly+Production Revenue based) Flexible PTO 401k Plan+ Match Health, Vision, Dental Insurance Coverage We are an equal opportunity employer.
