In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in advanced skincare techniques, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your comprehensive knowledge of skincare, body treatments, and beauty services to make a meaningful impact on our clients' well-being and appearance. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and eyelash extensions with precision and care. Conduct body waxing sessions and deep tissue massages to promote relaxation and skin health. Provide expert skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Demonstrate product demos, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote retail sales of skincare products. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually enhance your skills and service offerings. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialized training in laser treatments and advanced skincare techniques. Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, facials, and eyelash extensions. Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and application methods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while building rapport. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience with retail sales strategies and product demonstrations to enhance client satisfaction and revenue. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe treatment space. Additional skills such as makeup application, nail care, body waxing, deep tissue massage, or other beauty services are a plus.
