You are:

Licensed as an Advanced Aesthetician in the State of Nevada Experienced performing advanced aesthetic treatments in a med spa or aesthetic practice Confident educating clients on skin health, treatment planning, and home care Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Passionate about helping clients feel confident while achieving natural, healthy results Comfortable collaborating within a team-focused clinical environment You bring: Strong consultation and communication skills A patient-first mindset with exceptional bedside manner Knowledge of skin health, corrective treatments, and long-term maintenance Organizational skills and attention to detail with charting and documentation Social media confidence and willingness to participate in educational or promotional content Key Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments including: Customized facials HydraFacial Chemical peels Dermaplaning Extractions Microneedling Clear + Brilliant Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and home care recommendations Recommend skincare products tailored to individual concerns and goals Maintain accurate charting, photos, and EMR documentation Ensure treatment rooms and devices remain clean, organized, and compliant Collaborate with injectors and providers for comprehensive treatment planning Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings What We Offer Competitive hourly base pay + tips + commission opportunities Strong earning potential within a growing luxury practice Employee discounts on treatments and skincare products Ongoing advanced education and training opportunities Supportive, team-oriented clinical environment Long-term growth opportunities within a scaling practice Access to state-of-the-art devices and treatments Requirements & Qualifications Active Nevada Advanced Aesthetician License (required) Minimum 1+ years experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice Strong retail and skincare recommendation skills Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends as needed Professional appearance and communication skills Experience with medical-grade skincare lines and corrective skin treatments Passion for continued education and advanced aesthetics
