In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and artistry, ensuring each guest receives personalized care in a welcoming, professional environment. Your expertise will help elevate our clients' experience, foster lasting relationships, and promote the latest innovations in cosmetic procedures. Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with meticulous attention to safety, technique, and client satisfaction Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser procedures Provide expert consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans aligned with their goals Manage client records accurately using salon or med spa software such as BLVD Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and ongoing skincare routines Upsell products and services through engaging customer service and product demos to enhance client results and satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience as an aesthetic injector or in a related cosmetology or esthetic field with med spa experience required Certification in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments required Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client appointments efficiently Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or
