Job Description
Position Summary The Treatment Plan Consultant is a key client-facing and revenue-driving role within RenewMD. This position delivers a five-star consultation experience, builds trusted client relationships through credentialing and rapport, and helps clients confidently move forward with provider-approved treatment plans. Consultation Experience & Client Discovery Deliver a polished, personalized consultation experience consistent with RenewMD's luxury brand standards. Build rapport by learning each client's goals, concerns, treatment history, lifestyle, preferences, and barriers to treatment. Conduct Aura facial scans in accordance with RenewMD protocols and discuss scan findings in a professional, client-friendly manner. Identify barriers to treatment, including budget, timing, downtime, scheduling, financing, and understanding of expected outcomes. Treatment Plan Coordination & Conversion Present treatment plans that may include RenewMD services, packages, high-revenue equipment-based treatments, maintenance services, and SkinMedica skincare. Help clients understand treatment sequencing, expected outcomes, maintenance needs, and the value of a long-term treatment plan. Present packages, promotions, booking incentives, deposits, and financing options in accordance with company policy. Schedule the client's first treatment and recommended follow-up appointments before departure whenever appropriate. Identify opportunities for package upgrades, service enhancements, add-on treatments, memberships, and future consultations. Client Education, Retail & Retention Maintain a strong working knowledge of RenewMD services, treatment categories, packages, promotions, financing options, and skincare offerings. Educate clients on provider-approved treatment benefits, expected outcomes, maintenance recommendations, and promotional opportunities. Recommend SkinMedica and other approved medical-grade skincare products based on provider recommendations, established protocols, and client goals. Support retail sales through product education and personalized recommendations. Conduct proactive follow-up and rebooking efforts to support treatment-plan completion, client retention, and long-term loyalty. Encourage participation in Alle Rewards, loyalty programs, memberships, and applicable incentives. Documentation, Provider Support & Compliance Use the digital Treatment Plan to document Aura Scan findings, client concerns, provider recommendations, treatment-plan details, barriers or objections, skincare recommendations, financing discussions, and next steps in the digital treatment plan and practice management system. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable regulations. Qualifications — Required Current 600-hour esthetician certification or 900-hour advanced esthetician certification, as applicable to state requirements. Strong customer service, consultation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury service standards. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. Qualifications — Preferred Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness environment. Experience with Meevo, EMR, CRM, or similar practice management software. Experience with Aura facial scans or comparable skin-analysis technology. Knowledge of SkinMedica, medical-grade skincare, aesthetic devices, and non-surgical treatment options. Demonstrated success in consultation sales, package sales, financing conversion, retail sales, or membership enrollment. Compensation Structure Training & Initial Execution Period The Treatment Plan Consultant will receive an hourly training wage during onboarding and initial execution. Advancement to the ongoing compensation plan is based on successful completion of systems training, service and skincare education, consultation observation, documentation competency, and leadership approval. Ongoing Compensation Plan Following successful completion of training, compensation includes: Base hourly wage Tiered monthly commission based on personally converted and collected package revenue Retail commission Eligibility for performance-based incentives tied to approved KPIs Core Success Factors Successful Treatment Plan Consultants combine luxury hospitality, strong consultation skills, treatment knowledge, sales confidence, organization, and provider collaboration. They create exceptional client experiences while supporting provider-approved treatment plans, client retention, ethical revenue growth, and long-term loyalty.
