Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments tailored to individual client needs Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and goals, ensuring a positive experience from consultation to follow-up Stay current on the latest aesthetic treatments, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions Experience Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in laser treatments and skin care procedures Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments Strong knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and esthetic laser technology Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Experience in retail sales of skincare products is preferred Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations in a clinical setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team where your expertise will make a real difference!
