About BeautyFix BeautyFix Medspa is an award-winning medspa, providing innovative treatments and best-in-class hospitality at the intersection of e-commerce, technology, and advanced aesthetics. With multiple locations across the East Coast including New York City, Westchester, Connecticut, and Florida. BeautyFix aims to deliver a superior brand experience by elevating the medspa industry with a focus on hospitality, transparency, and community. Position Summary Our Estheticians are responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and performing a multitude of body contouring and skincare services, while working cross-functionally with partners in Operations, Marketing and Sales. Duties and Responsibilities Represent the Company's vision and the BeautyFix brand by acting professionally with both clients and colleagues Accurately and efficiently manage scheduled appointments including patient treatment plans Upsell treatments and products when appropriate Field customer service complaints and alert management as needed Support clinic operations such as treatment room upkeep and organization Stay up to date on all ongoing marketing promotions Communicate clearly, positively and professionally with all patients and BeautyFix staff Be diligent about the use of Mindbody, RxPhoto, and other software integrations Be well versed and actively promote the treatments, packages, services, products, facility features, special programs, promotions and hours of operation Handle clients' questions, concerns and occasional complaints with courtesy and professionalism Have full knowledge of retail products, along with enthusiasm about promotion and upselling Maintain a demeanor that is positive, upbeat and professional Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings Required Knowledge/Qualifications Licensed Medical Esthetician Experience with a variety of body contouring and skincare treatments, including but not limited to: CoolSculpt, EmSculpt, TruSculpt, HydraFacial, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8, Venus Computer literate with Windows, Excel, G-Suite, Zenoti, Shopify and Go High Level Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask Must be able to be productive and efficient in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills—enthusiasm, friendliness, diplomacy Excellent communication, listening and computer skills Willingness to take on responsibility and embrace new challenges A demeanor that is approachable and confident
