Deka Lash Akron-Fairlawn is looking for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with hands-on lash extension experience to join our team. We're specifically looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in lashing and can quickly learn and transition into Deka Lash techniques, standards, and service protocols. You'll step into an established studio with an existing client and membership base, ongoing demand, and opportunities to build a full book — you do not need to bring your own clientele. Schedule & Availability Full-time opportunity preferred , with consistent hours and the ability to grow a strong client book Open to considering an exceptional experienced lash artist seeking part-time hours, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time schedule Weekend availability is required Must have flexibility to work a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends Consistent scheduling with opportunities to grow your client book and earning potential Responsibilities Provide high-quality lash and beauty services while following Deka Lash techniques, standards, and service protocols Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking and long-term retention Educate clients on memberships, services, products, and aftercare Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and sanitary workspace Maintain accurate client notes and service records Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings Work collaboratively with the studio team to achieve individual and studio goals
