We work with Lira Clinical, Face Reality, Epicutis, and select Korean skincare lines. The vibe is chill and welcoming. The Role You will be building and running your own book of facials, waxing, lash lifts, and spray tan clients out of our OTR studio. Day to day, that looks like: Customized facials, including dermaplaning, chemical peels, Celluma LED, and liquid micro needling Skin consultations that actually mean something, assessing the skin in front of you and building a plan for it Facial waxing and brow shaping Brow tints and lash lifts Spray tans in our dedicated tan room using Sjolie (custom contouring, not a booth) Retail recommendations, which here means telling clients what will actually help their skin, not pushing product Keeping your space and tools sanitized. Managing your own schedule and client records. Who We're Looking For Licensed esthetician in the state of Ohio At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience post-school. We will provide some training and mentoring as needed. Someone who is genuinely curious about skin. Direct, warm communication. You should be able to tell a client their at-home routine is the problem without making them feel bad about it Someone who wants to build a book, not just fill a shift. The people who do well here are the ones who post their work, talk to their clients, and treat the business like it's partly theirs Reliable. Small studio, small team, everyone feels it when someone doesn't show up Nice to have, not required: Face Reality certification, acne experience, an active Instagram where you show your work. Compensation & Schedule This is a commission-based role. Your earnings are tied to your book, and we invest in helping you build one. We market the studio, we run a membership program that drives repeat visits, and we cross refer between nail and skin clients Retail commission on product sales Product and back bar provided Flexible schedule. We are open to part-time or full-time depending on the person and what you are trying to build Continuing education support and access to our product line trainings If you are coming in with an existing clientele, we want to talk to you about that specifically. Send your resume and, if you have one, a link to your Instagram or portfolio. We want to see your work. Tell us in a few sentences what kind of skin you most like working on and why.
