Licensed Esthetician Elite Medspa is seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in providing exceptional services in a professional medspa environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with facials, waxing, and lash enhancements , along with strong customer service and communication skills. An established clientele is preferred, but we are also open to the right candidate who is eager to grow their client base and career with us. Responsibilities Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments based on each client's individual skin concerns and goals. Provide full-body waxing services with attention to comfort, cleanliness, and client satisfaction. Perform lash enhancement services , such as lash lifts and tints, with precision and care. Consult with clients regarding their skincare needs, treatment options, home-care routines, and appropriate products. Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions and maintain accurate client treatment records. Build and maintain strong client relationships while creating a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with all applicable health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with the medspa team to provide a seamless client experience. Assist nursing staff with appropriate tasks on slower days and contribute to the overall operation of the medspa as needed. Be open to learning and potentially expanding your skill set as Elite Medspa grows its service offerings . Qualifications & Skills Current Esthetician license in good standing. Previous professional experience as an esthetician is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience performing facials, waxing, and lash enhancement services . Strong knowledge of skincare, skin types, product ingredients, and proper treatment protocols. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as part of a team. Ability to confidently educate clients and make personalized skincare and product recommendations. An existing clientele or established book of business is preferred . Willingness to assist the team during slower periods and learn additional skills as opportunities arise.
