About The Brow Slayer Studio The Brow Slayer Studio is a boutique beauty studio specializing in brow shaping, waxing, and skincare services. Role Description The Licensed Esthetician/Waxing Specialist will provide professional hair removal services with a strong emphasis on brow shaping and body waxing. This part-time, on-site position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for conducting client consultations, performing waxing services, educating clients on aftercare and maintenance, recommending retail products, and maintaining a clean and sanitary treatment environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, values continuous learning, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform brow shaping, facial waxing, and body waxing services with precision and consistency Conduct thorough client consultations and provide personalized recommendations Educate clients on aftercare, home maintenance, and product usage Recommend retail products and additional services when appropriate Manage appointment flow efficiently while maintaining service quality Maintain treatment rooms and studio spaces according to sanitation standards Uphold all studio policies, service protocols, and The Brow Slayer Standard Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture Qualifications Current Oklahoma Esthetician or Cosmetology License Strong skills in hair removal, brow shaping, and skincare services 2+ years of waxing or esthetics experience preferred Excellent customer service, communication, and consultation skills Comfortable recommending products, services, and treatment plans Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Weekend availability required Experience with booking software and technology preferred Commitment to ongoing education and professional development What We Offer Hourly pay plus commission opportunities Ongoing education and hands-on training Employee discounts on services and retail products Structured, supportive, and growth-focused work environment Opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement If you're passionate about brows, waxing, client education, and delivering consistent, high-quality results, we'd love to hear from you.
