Full-Time About Us We are a physician-led, rapidly growing dermatology and aesthetics practice delivering elevated, results-driven care. Our focus is on combining medical expertise with advanced aesthetic treatments to provide best-in-class patient outcomes. As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, technology, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Position Overview This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, top-performing aesthetician to step into a high-growth environment and help build a premier aesthetics program. The role will initially split time between our Beaverton and McMinnville locations (2 days/week at each site), with a clear path toward a primarily Beaverton-based position as patient demand grows. We are looking for someone who operates at a high clinical level, is confident with advanced technologies, and thrives in a medical setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including: Medical-grade facials and corrective skincare treatments Dermaplaning Chemical peels (superficial to advanced) Microneedling treatments Laser treatments (based on training and certification)
  • Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized, results-oriented treatment plans
  • Partner closely with providers to support both medical dermatology and aesthetic care plans
  • Educate patients on medical-grade skincare and post-procedure protocols
  • Maintain precise, compliant documentation within EMR
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and clinical excellence
  • Drive patient retention through exceptional outcomes, rebooking, and relationship-building
  • Contribute to practice growth through product recommendations and service utilization
  • Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, technologies, and treatment protocols Qualifications Current Oregon Advanced Esthetician License (required) Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a medical dermatology or plastic surgery setting (required) Proven experience with microneedling and aesthetic lasers strongly preferred Strong foundation in skin physiology, acne management, and corrective skincare Experience with medical-grade skincare lines and retail sales Proficiency with EMR systems preferred Highly professional, polished, and patient-centric approach Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships Self-motivated with a growth mindset and attention to detail Schedule Full-time position Initial schedule: 2 days/week in Beaverton and 2 days/week in McMinnville Opportunity to transition to a primarily Beaverton-based role as the practice scales Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + performance-based incentives/commission Opportunity to grow earnings alongside a rapidly expanding aesthetics program Employee discounts on treatments and medical-grade skincare Ongoing training and access to advanced technologies Clear growth pathway within a high-end medical practice Why Join Us?
