Competitive pay based on experience About Us Valley View Dermatology is a growing dermatology and aesthetics practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advanced cosmetic treatments. We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Advanced Esthetician to join our aesthetics team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about skin health, aesthetic treatments, and building long-term client relationships. Position Summary The Advanced Esthetician will perform a variety of non-invasive aesthetic treatments while delivering outstanding patient experiences. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in skincare, confident with advanced aesthetic technologies, and committed to helping patients achieve their cosmetic goals. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including: Laser Hair Removal Hydrafacial treatments Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments Extractions Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments Develop personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare products Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained according to safety and infection control standards Collaborate with dermatology providers and aesthetic team members to optimize patient outcomes Assist in promoting aesthetic services and building client retention Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Qualifications Current Advanced Esthetician license in good standing Experience performing Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacials, and IPL treatments preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, and aesthetic procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a dermatology, medical spa, or aesthetic practice preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time hours as patient demand grows Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow within an established dermatology and aesthetics practice Access to advanced technology and aesthetic treatments If you are passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and helping clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you.
